The client
A plumber with a servant heart and no online presence.
Since 2022, owner Shon Pallan and his team have handled drain cleaning, water heaters, leak detection, sewer repair, and repipes across Ventura County. He tells customers the truth, does quality work, and treats people like family.
The challenge
A start-up up against national brands.
Shon wasn’t just competing with other local plumbers. He was up against national franchises with offices in town and budgets a start-up can’t match.
Pallan had no website, no Google Maps presence, and nothing showing up when homeowners searched. Most work came from word of mouth and paid lead services that charged for leads that rarely became jobs.
What we did
A website built to rank
Dedicated service and city pages so search engines and AI tools understand exactly what Pallan does and where.
Google Maps and reviews
A fully optimized Business Profile and a steady flow of genuine reviews from happy customers.
AI search visibility
Content and local signals that get Pallan recommended when people ask AI tools for a plumber in Camarillo.
The results
From invisible to first in line.
Today Pallan Plumbing is the plumber AI search recommends most often in Camarillo, ahead of every other local plumber we track. On Google Maps, a business that didn’t exist online now ranks #1 for “plumbing repair and installation” and in the top three for its most valuable searches.
Over the last 12 months, the Business Profile drove more than 700 calls, website visits, and direction requests.

“They helped build my website and got me ranking higher on Google. They aren’t your standard SEO company. They’re more like family and look out for what’s best for growing your business.”
